Consider the following questions: do any of them apply to you?
- Do you have aspirations in your personal or professional life but don't know how to achieve them?
- Are you stuck in a rut and don't know how to get out?
- Do you have a professional or personal issues that you cannot see a way to resolving?
- Is your work/life balance out of control and you cannot see a way to restoring harmony?
- Is you work or personal life causing you stress and anxiety?
The BAAT Life Coaching Programme is the result of self development initiatives we have run for the past 10
years that have helped over 500,000 people like you turn the answers to the questions above from a 'yes' to a
resounding 'NO'!
Utilising the SAM (Success Action Modelling) and BACT (Brain Analytical Creative Thinking) techniques, the
Programme consists of 12-months of one-to-one support and guidance in a number of key areas aimed at building
bridges from your current life position to your 'success position'.
What is the Process?
- An initial meeting to discuss the Programme and to gain and understanding of each other.
- Spend a day together establishing your current life position including, at the end of this day,
a report will be written: this is sent to the client for agreement and signature. We will sign the report
after any amendments together - this report is the basis of the SAM process.
- 2 to 3 days working with you to determine the aspects of your life in which the re-modelling
needs to be achieved.
- The next stage is the exciting one where together we build the bridge between your current position and your
success position; in this phase you are introduced to the BACT (Brain Analytical Creative Thinking) technique that
will help the process establish as many 'bridge building' routes as possible. It will help to change our
thinking norms and see solutions outside the box; it is the core of Solution Management thinking as apposed to
problem-orientated thinking.
- Validation day: we decide the actual building process of the bridge itself. It is on this day that we
decide the route forward and how we are going to monitor our journey.
- Monitoring: this can be varied, there is no precise definition. It will depend upon the number of hold-ups
and diversions along the journey, the methods used can be e-mail, fax, telephone calls and half-day meetings or
video conferencing. Getting to our destination is our dedication, and passion. You will see we can achieve results in
real-time.
What Will You Learn From the SAM Approach?
- The importance of solution thinking
- The importance of emotional intelligence in every aspect of your life
- Tools to effect change
- A deep psychological insight into the process of self development
